The Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA) has launched its first open source repository, the Common Media Library (CML). Contributors such as Amazon Web Services, Comcast and Brightcove will provide input at Apple’s HLS Interest Day and Demuxed 2023. AWS Supports Multi-partner Interoperability Workshop as Part of the Live Cloud Production Initiative

We tested signal send and receive, cloud gateways, vision and audio mixing, graphics, news automation, signal conversion, and more. Key takeaways included regular in-person interoperability workshops, working backwards from customers, different technical themes, and focus sessions to address market needs with a 360 degree view.
